Review on 🚲 Origin8 Lite Classic Saddle by Matt Heringer

Compared to my Brooks B 17 S for women, turned it upside down on Brooks to compare sizes. The wide part of the saddle at the back is almost the same width and supports the sit bones perfectly. The nose of the saddle is at least an inch longer than my Brooks as every non-female saddle is made. I put this on a bike I don't ride long distances to make it work. The saddle cover IS fine leather according to my tanner husband. The texture of the cover is grainy, not smooth like Brooks. So that creates more friction, but that can change with more wear. Because this saddle has a plastic post covered with a thin layer of gel covered by the saddle cover, it doesn't give like Brooks leather. With all these critical comparisons I have to say that this is a very good saddle. I wish they had made it in a shorter, more feminine design. If they did I would buy a few more for a couple of my bikes. I'll probably buy another one in black. Brown goes very well with the Deda Elementi leather steering wheel. Copper metal rivets look very cool. If it was a women's size I would give 5 stars.
