I love this earmuff concept! So much so, in fact, that I bought a pair for all of my employees who work outdoors at the ballpark every year starting the 1st week of April and have to follow the same rules no matter the weather conditions. These EARPHONES saved us from gusty winds and freezing temperatures, eventually allowing us to work up to 10 hours outdoors right inside the stadium in Detroit, Michigan. The ladies were very thankful I had them and are easy to find in their wallets too as they come with a bright red pouch to keep them in. The only problem is that some orders say "medium/large" and they only ever come in large. Now I believe that there is nothing for people between medium and large. The large size is too long to stay in place when talking to clients and the medium size is too small for large earlobes. Please make one size in between for people who depend on it for so many hours a day. We all still LOVE them, but we don't have time to stop working on customizing them to stay in place.
