I like that it's easy for me as an employee of this organization, with access only via my login credentials, to see what information has been collected about myself or others within our department/division over time - even if those people are no longer part of our team! It also makes sense when you're looking at someone else who was hired by us several years ago (or before) but they haven't worked here since then; we can still pull up their profile from nearly 2 decades prior without having them log back into something new!! Sometimes there isn’t enough space available after allocating room / page limits, so sometimes some fields may not be accessible unless additional pages have already been used.
