All is not well for tool kits

The design of the seal extractor is fine, but the quality of the device leaves something to be desired. The steel used to pull out the arms is too soft. The device did not pull on the seal, the removal levers simply bent and slipped out of the seal. The parts to install the seals appear to be of good quality although I have not used them. I bought a gasket removal kit and when it didn't work I sent it back.
