I like that this service makes it easy to learn about new tactics of email scams, spoofing techniques or general fake emails in order to trick recipients into giving out information (like credit card details etc.). The customer support is also very responsive when you need help with something specific - they're always willing to go above/beyond what's expected for their clients! Some features could be improved from time-to-time but overall we’ve enjoyed working closely together over these last few years. Sending people legitimate messages which can then end up being blocked by other users who are trying to do things maliciously would not happen without us using our services as an intermediary between senders & receivers!
