Great product no. for neck and neck pillows
Everything is fine with the product. However, please note that when used in a car seat between the upper seat back and the headrest, its position in relation to the neck is determined by the height of the seat back (excluding the headrest). In my case, I'm a tall guy and found the position of the pillow was too low and touching my upper back and not my neck. Before you buy it, sit in your car seat and have an observer check where this pillow will touch you. Unless it's sitting right on your neck, it probably won't work the way you expect it to.
