At first I was disappointed that the border was not white and cream as expected. It was dark blue. There is no contrast. Then the dogs have a greenish tint, and not cream, as in the picture. I liked the color of the dogs pretty quickly, as did the border - I'll just say that, as expected, I would have preferred the color white and cream. Given the choice I would rate it 4 and 1/2 stars out of 5 because of the edge. Other buyers may want the border to match the picture so that they don't have any negative emotions when buying. The case fitted well. Would I buy again and the price was good. I have a drawer where the entire long side opens like a garage door so this lid works great.
