My everyday kitchen knife of excellent quality and design

This German stainless steel chef's knife feels really good in the hand. The full shaft design is particularly good, which increases the service life of the knife. Compared to other similar knives, this one feels a bit heavier and the weight feels comfortable in the hand and makes cutting or chopping easier. I also like the idea that the full roll protects the fingers. This is definitely my everyday kitchen knife. Highly recommended.
