High beam failure

Looks good, easy to install. The DRL and amber turn signal are flawless, the low beam is amazing and 100 times brighter than the original. High beam - I have a problem there. One of the high beams is not working, so the low beams are off. The high beam must be switched on in addition to the low beam. So I have high beam + low beam + daytime running lights on one side and ONLY daytime running lights on the other side. See photo 2005 Jeep Wrangler TJ Sport
