Good faucet at a great price - Updated July 21

Was very skeptical about the quality of this faucet because of the low price, but took a chance. I'm good with tools but not a pro or plumber and had no trouble installing this faucet. Before you buy, look under the sink and see how much space you have to work with and plan accordingly. I put this on the sink in the laundry room and had to unplug the drain and unscrew the sink from the floor to get enough room to work, which isn't difficult in my case. Once installed, it's durable enough for my family's needs, although I wouldn't necessarily choose it for intensive daily use, such as washing the sink at a restaurant. Also, the weight on the hose pulling the hose back into the faucet needs room to move up and down under the sink. In my case another PVC pipe goes under the sink and there isn't much room. After carefully adjusting the position of the hose it works quite well but sometimes it clicks on some pipe which doesn't damage anything just a bit annoying because I'd rather have it smooth and perfect. The hose still seems to stay in the faucet by gravity when not in use, but it would be better if it had a magnetic attachment to the faucet. The faucet turns easily and the shower function works well. For my sink, a faucet costing hundreds more wouldn't be more functional. The aerator in my faucet head needed cleaning. I couldn't figure out how to access the aerator. I spoke to the company about 6 weeks ago and their rep said you need an aerator access tool that should have come with the faucet but in my case it didn't. Although I only needed a small tool to unscrew the end of the spray head and access the aerator, the company said they would send me a new spray head with the tool provided. I said only the tooling is needed but the rep said he would send the whole block. You never sent anything. Two days ago I tried to contact the company again and there doesn't seem to be a phone number left, just an email address. I emailed the company asking for the next steps to send the spray head and tool. Your email doesn't work! To get that faucet back I would have to remove it. This is very frustrating hence the updated 3 star rating.
