So much fun! It needs to be whipped a little to get the texture of the skin.
I really like working with this imitation leather paper. It's like hard, heavy paper when you cut it. Then it's soaked and really processed - kneaded, crushed, ground, etc. The more you work it, the softer and leatherier it becomes. So far my favorite has been using it as accents on a suitcase gift box. Even if the motif you cut out is perforated, this material will not tear!
