Bought for my 20 year old Lampe Berger and very disappointed! At first I found the fit very tight. never mind After an hour of soaking, it does not light up after lighting. Leave it on overnight, still nothing. If the stone is removed and pre-soaked, it will ignite and then stop after the smell/fuel on the outside has been used up. In utter confusion I replaced the old original wick. worked fine * Only when this non-original stone was thoroughly heated with a propane torch until it began to glow orange/red did it now begin to ignite easily. BUT - in this case (it's blocked in production, the grit is too fine, or the cord wick is intolerant - whatever.) the lamp lights up and then goes out after 5-10 minutes when the cord wick/aroma/fuel- Supplies are exhausted. . After half an hour you can relight for another 5-10 minutes. In short I would drop that brand and in my situation wait for the OEM product to come back in stock.
