Cheap and very uncomfortable
These elbow pads are rigid and not flexible. The velcro is incredibly uncomfortable and needs to be tightened to keep the pads in place. It disrupts blood circulation and leaves marks on the hand. You get what you pay for. I'll send them back immediately.
