Pros: Simple, solid construction, fairly easy to use. Cons: The teapot accessory is beautiful but too big to be practical. I like this idea but it's not true. The teapot accessory is attractive, but its weight pulls the strainer out of the cup. It also turns out to be too big to fit through the handle of my mug, so I have to leave it in the mug while the tea brews. I end up using my other tea infuser and only keep this one for short teas (like green or white tea) or as a backup tea infuser. I wouldn't order it again - I'd go for a plainer design.
