The length of the fringe is very noticeably uneven - there's no hiding it. Up to two inches difference in length between the different sections. So obvious that, despite having a curvy, flowy design, the skirt is unmistakably obvious and looks like a sixth grader's last Home Ec project. Class. Too bad because otherwise it's a cute skirt - the color was exactly as described (light mocha), the fabric is nice and the rest seemed to be sewn neatly, but it's all pointless as I couldn't wear it where - also because of unequal length. And no, the uneven length wasn't even spaced out enough for me to wear, trying to say it was an intentionally asymmetrical design lol. I don't know what the company's quality control system is. I give it one star because the positives don't really matter when the bottom line is that you can't wear the item anywhere. I'm annoyed because otherwise I would have liked it very much. I weigh 184 pounds. with waist 39 inches; I ordered the size Large and it fits well around the waist (tight but not too tight). It's pretty hard to find long, puffy, flowy, flattering skirts that fit the top of my foot (I'm a little over 5ft 8in) but other than that this skirt was very pretty so I'll have to think about getting more would like to have time to take a chance and order another one (I am returning this one as defective) in the hope that this problem was an accident. I am returning this item with tags, hoping the company will not just ship it to another customer who has placed their next order. This may be a random QC error, I don't know, so I would suggest trying it on and taking a slow spin in front of a long mirror to check the hem length once you have one of these skirts. .
