Update March 2021: Seller emailed me twice outside of Revain (violation of Revain policy). The letter was in poor English and therefore difficult to understand. I was offered $30 and later $35 to remove a review with links in an email. I don't know how they got my email. The product listing in the email was in French or Spanish so it took me a few minutes to figure out which product it was referring to. The answer is no, I'm not deleting the review. And I have forwarded this information to Revain for investigation. Initial July 2020 review: I bought this to charge a 24V LiFePO battery. After researching more questions, it turned out that it couldn't charge 24V LiFePO. I'm still waiting for the battery so I tried charging my 12 LiFePO battery instead. The lithium switch turns off the fan and the charge indicator is off. It turned out to charge on the normal setting, but I'm not risking my $400 battery on the wrong setting. It didn't reach the 14.6V LiFePO charging voltage. I'm not sure if this is part of the 'smart' store or not. Maybe it picks up the cell type by internal resistance; the manual says nothing about it. It seems to work with my 12 volt lead acid U1 lawnmower battery. Manual mode provides 16V at 8-9A, which should be labeled "Lead-Acid Battery Shutdown" to increase the voltage on a very discharged lead-acid battery. Manual mode refers to manual mode monitoring, but its function could be clearer. I checked the voltage and current with my Fluke meter. Both appear to match the display, but the amp ratings lag a bit. It never exceeded 9A but should charge at 10A. I would say this is the power limit, but in manual mode it charges at 16V 9A. I received a response from the seller that LiFePO batteries are not supported by this charger. As there are several common types of lithium chemistry this should be included in the description. It looks like a very smart charger, but it's not well documented. Come back. Not recommended for lithium batteries.
