This is a really nice seat I had a little problem getting it to one side and it kept coming off the bowl in mid air so I sat on it, while I screwed the screws in perfectly. Now the toilet kept coming off the quick release so I looked at the rings there are little screws you can use to make sure the seat stays on the quick release and screwed them in perfectly. They really thought of this seat, everything is metal, even the bolts have a metal nut, making for a smooth and solid installation. Not to mention watching it slowly sink into the bowl, no more bugs slamming the lid, thanks for such a great metal and wood product, you can't go wrong
