Review on ReliaSoft RCM++ by Alex Solano

The best thing about this app, it's ease of use! It has all my tools I need for any customer interaction in one place with no extra downloads or anything needed to be installed from scratch.The only downside so far was not being able to have more than 1 screen open at once when using multiple tabs within an account/customer profile which would make things easier sometimes if you're doing several tasks while looking through accounts etc., but overall great experience thus far as there are plenty features available without having too many additional add-ons like other programs could require (which can get expensive). We've been pretty happy since we started implementing our system into their platform.
