I like that they are responsive, flexible in working with their clients' needs for branding purposes as well as marketing materials such as brochures or business cards etc. They also make great logo designs which makes me happy! The only downside to this service would be if you have an extensive list of requirements/needs it can take quite some time before your project gets started (sometimes up to 2 weeks). If you're looking for someone who will help come up with creative ideas rather than just stick to what's been done previously then go ahead - give them a try. We needed new website layout / brand identity designed & developed from scratch so we could effectively market our work online after being out of print media advertising space due to Covid 19 restrictions. Our client was able to see all concepts within 24 hours of my sending over initial sketches along with notes explaining why each concept had pros & cons.
