I bought these LED bulbs to replace a burned out halogen light in my kitchen. I figured I might as well switch to LED at some point as I gradually replaced most of my house lighting. The bulbs themselves feel oddly rubbery. However, the rubber coating makes it easier to hold and swap out the bulb's awkward placement in the pendant (it sits low in the fixture). The color/warmth of the light was as expected, maybe a shade brighter than my old halogen bulbs. .So, out of the box, the first bulb didn't work. So I moved on to the next one and ended up trying all 5. Only 2 of the 5 lightbulbs worked which was a problem. I emailed the seller describing the problem and he responded immediately and sent me 5 more bulbs. All five replacement devices work. Excellent customer service. We will definitely use this seller again for LED bulb replacements. So if there is a problem, at least the after-sales service supports their product.
