Okay, I have an old house from the 1950's with a half renovated bathroom. So there is a towel rail in the shower (at the opposite end of the shower from the shower head) which I don't use. I was tired of buying shower shelves for a watering can that kept getting rusty and wanted to find one to hang over an unused towel rail. Well, if you have such a situation, this shelf is for you. I was lucky that the towel rail was set at a certain angle so the hooks would slide off and the trolley tilted down for easier access. You should first check and see what angle your steering wheel is at, but I suspect that's the default setting. So far the car is holding up very well with no signs of impending rust. One of the reasons for this is that it is not permanently saturated with water. But that's why I wanted to install it there.
