DON'T LET LIGHTNING FEAR YOU. After receiving these toiletries, I took them out, tried to open the main pouch, and was a little worried because the zipper felt sticky and awkward to maneuver. I fought him a bit more and considered bringing him back. But I went on a trip the next morning and threw away my old bag so my hands were tied and I resigned myself to sucking on it. I filled it with my things. Everything fitted easily and everything was well organized in all bags and pockets. I had no problems during my absence as I just hung it on a hook and had easy access to what I needed. By the way, the zipper inside the case works great. I got home, unpacked my stuff and didn't even remember there was a problem with the zipper. Overall I am very satisfied with this product. Note that the zipper is a bit sticky at first, but after some use it works fine. The bag is really durable and has features that I like.
