I sprained my ankle a few weeks ago and I was desperate for something that could offer my poor ankle some support. Unfortunately, of all the ankle braces I've tried, this one was one of my least favorites. It's just not long enough. You can only wrap it around your ankle once, but don't expect much support. When I combine it with the Ace brace I have everything is fine but it doesn't work on its own. If like me you need serious support I would recommend getting a pair of hiking boots or an air cast. I would really only recommend this if you have a mild ankle strain or sprain.
