The heel is broken
Last year I bought a smaller used pair from my daughter. At that time, heels were a one-off and they lasted a long time. The large size has a rubber insert on the heels. Fall off two months after purchase. My daughter didn't understand that he fell and got down. The nail went through her heel and into her leg.
