They do their job, but that's all. After you attach the tab to the button, the elongated piece remains in such a position that when you thread the cufflink through the buttonhole, there is a gap between the sides of the sleeve. Looks messy and very untidy. Like I said, it works, but it doesn't look like cufflinks on a regular French cuff shirt. I am not sure if I will continue to use them.
