I love how easy this software makes creating customer surveys so that they can be distributed easily for use by multiple parties within our organization! It also allows us access at any time of day or night via mobile devices (even overseas). The only thing i dislike about Pilcrow was having to pay through Stripe but there are other options now available. We've used it with several different companies in various industries including retail/retail-to-consumer businesses and healthcare organizations. This has helped make sure we have data showing what people think of their experience working with each business as well as helping them understand who's buying products online vs. offline which helps drive purchases into store locations during busy holiday seasons like Black Friday & Cyber Monday.
