The quality of these perms is TERRIBLE! Very badly done. You can see the plastic hanging from these perm rods, covering the holes that need to be completely cut out to allow the hair to dry properly! 98% of the rods in the package are in this condition! Some wands have plastic covering the holes entirely! Do not buy, very cheap quality!
