This is a really powerful good quality impact drill. Here are the pros and cons of this product based on my experience: Pros: The drill has considerable power and excellent performance. I tested it for drilling holes to break up a concrete floor for a trench. - It has a switch for drill or hammer settings. - Accessories include a carrying case, 4 drill bits, a flat chisel, a pointed chisel and two spare carbon brushes. I used to rent a $50+ a day tool for similar projects, but this drill could easily do the same job. Cons: The manual could be improved with more details. The current one only affects the security warning. The actual work is not described in the book. There is no lubricant in the packaging. Instructions on how to apply lube would be very helpful. Overall, the drill looks great and works right out of the box. I think it's worth 5 points.
