They sent me a size smaller than I ordered but since they don't make more than 15 sizes I tried to make them work . I just lowered the back and wore them like slippers. They are so uncomfortable and stiff that I can hardly wear them around the house. Very disappointed with these shoes compared to others like the Sidewalk Surfers. Look elsewhere for knitted and comfortable shoes.
