This device is accurate to within a few meters. Our property is between two different addresses and if I park on either side of the property line, the address is correctly identified. It shows EXACTLY where I parked in the mall parking lot. When I received the product it was very unreliable, constantly losing connection and stopping communicating. It wasn't clear if it was the block itself or some sort of interaction between the block and my car. Even though I bought the device from Revain, I called MAS and exchanged the device for a battery model (and asked for Verizon Cellular, which is better for most places I travel). The second block worked flawlessly from the moment I plugged it in (although I had to ask them to initialize the block, which I was told was already done - it wasn't, but they fixed the issue within minutes after I contacted them). by email). Very quick and super responsive, MAS tried to get the first unit working and then was about to swap it out. They have helped me in every possible way. Support is excellent, although language support is closed over the weekend, email support is still available and very prompt. In short, my experience couldn't be better.
