Perfect for making mochi
I made mochi (no-bake dessert, whipped cream + pieces of fresh fruit wrapped in thin sweet rice flour casings) with this liner and it came out perfect. The b/c mochi is sticky, a regular liner will not work. This parchment insert is perfect for this purpose. Haven't tried making cupcakes/muffins yet but I hope it will be good too.
