I have a small freezer in my basement. It's over 10 years old and I check it often to make sure it's not broken or I lose everything. This block is great. I put a sensor in this freezer and one in my kitchen and set the high and low limits. The base unit has magnets and I placed it outside the kitchen. Now I can only look at how the basement works and also how the kitchen works. I use lithium batteries for each sensor, which worked great with my external weather station at -10 to 115 F. I was concerned about interference from my wireless security cameras, wifi, weather station, etc., but it doesn't appear to be causing any problems. The batteries were installed just a month ago. The lithium batteries in my weather station last more than a year. I will try to cancel the lifetime of these sensors.
