Shop more if your true waist size is 38.
Too small and tight for a 38 waist. The cup area is too low and baggy. It just hangs freely below. Note: Since I couldn't try it on, I immediately bought 2 other types. Both are way better than this one for a 38 waist. And 6 inches is by no means the entire men's belt.
