I like how easy it was to set up my account, as well as add new products that we are currently using in our business! We have only been able use this software for about 2 weeks now but so far there has not be any issues with setting things up or adding product codes etc. The customer service from enrichvideo really helped me out when i initially setup everything because they were very patient and helpful!! There wasn't anything bad at all; however if you do need help getting started feel free to reach out through their website chat feature. Adding videos into your site/website can make them more engaging by having people watch instead of just reading text information. It also helps increase sales which makes sense since video's tend to get watched longer than other content types such as articles or blog posts.
