Product looked old

Lotions, scrubs and cleansers looked old and the liquid stuck to the side of the bottle and appeared hard. The packaging was chalky and looked old. I haven't even used the product yet. It's still under my sink, not sure if I should use it, didn't return it as it's a hassle.
