Not good enough and not working well after warranty period

Picture quality is excellent. BUT: 1. The remote is TERRIBLE: - It's dead after a couple of weeks - It's quite difficult to use: the buttons require a lot of muscle power to press and are so indiscriminately squeezed that it's difficult to use the command, without each Time to analyze the "button map" .2. Within a month of the warranty expiring, the buttons on the TV were partially non-functional: most of the time, the volume buttons either didn't respond at all, or did the exact opposite of what they were programmed to do (increase the volume). for the volume down button,
