I love that these scissors taught my kid how to cut but the blade kinda sucks. Paper tears more than it cuts. But I couldn't have taught her how to cut without her. We are tired! While not sharp for the age group, it's still the perfect tool for getting them to open and close the clippers. I would definitely recommend these scissors and will be buying them again for my little siblings when it is their turn to study. They are so safe that if they touch the blade they will definitely not cut the child. super safe!
