Review on CHEMSPLASH by Mahmut Ojeda

I'm sorry to be the one to break it to you, but CHEMSPLASH didn't exactly live up to my expectations. They do have a large selection of things; nevertheless, the quality of their customer assistance was insufficient. When I needed assistance with a product, I felt like I was pulling teeth trying to find someone to respond to my inquiry. And when I did finally get in touch with someone, they weren't exactly helpful to me when I needed it. In addition to that, the shipping took an eternity. It would have been faster for me to walk to their warehouse and back. The fact that their pricing were reasonable was a plus. In general, though, I believe that CHEMSPLASH needs to improve their performance in order to remain competitive in this market.
