I have this aerator at 1.0 GPM and 0.5 (this one). 95% of my work in the bathroom sink, where I have one, is brushing teeth and shaving, so 0.5 is enough for these purposes and saves a lot of water. If you use your sink more intensively, this ultra low flow aerator may not be enough. But I think it's perfect for the purposes mentioned.
