I ordered this long sleeve t-shirt to wear to the gym. It simultaneously absorbs moisture and lets air through. I actually found this swimsuit material to be very comfortable for working out, but when summer comes it can also be made into a fantastic long sleeve swim top. They're good for the pool because they really protect your skin from sunburn better than anything else. It's thick enough to be durable, which is important for someone who swims as often as I do. I always take my bathing suit size and this fits me as expected. I'm thin but have big breasts. Although I usually wear size 6 pants, I usually wear large/extra large swimsuits. I ordered a large in this top and it fits as I expected and is a bit loose which is how I would like it to be.
