The best part of this product has to be all the different types/features it provides for our employees' benefits program! I wish there were more options when managing my plan (and creating new ones). It's not as simple or easy to use as other products out there - but that doesn't mean we're stuck with what they've got going now either. We are able to easily track how many times each benefit was used by specific individuals since implementing VTLIVE. In addition, because its online platform means less paperwork goes into HR files - which saves time and money overall! I like how simple it is to use. It's also very flexible to build custom dashboards and notifications for your business needs. Also, they have great customer support. The only downside is that you need to pay for each user which makes it expensive. If you are looking for a simple way of creating digital displays, this is a good option. We are using it for our company to display information about our products and services.
