This is my second appliance. bedroom upstairs. The heating works well. and many variations of flame color, speed, intensity etc. pretty "cool". Embedded in the wall. The unit looks really nice, it's very easy to remove the front glass [before installation] and it didn't take long to make a 2X4 perimeter frame to fit the wall studs. A beginner can install this block. it is so easy. It took me over an hour to measure, cut the drywall, frame it, install it, and then insert the fireplace. There is an outlet nearby, so it took the power hook-up another 15 minutes to run the special outlet [box] for the plug. I can only recommend this good fireplace. Arrived in a sturdy box with foam packaging - no damage.
