We can monitor our servers through this software, it's very powerful! It has many options to configure your needs as well you have support when needed so no problem at all with that too!.

The configuration of some things could be improved but not an obstacle because they are working hard in improving their product every day by adding new features like we do here using bug fenders helpdesk ticket system!! This tool really saves us time having access from everywhere without problems about security issues or bugs inside web applications used internally only (not public).
