Great Product For Troubleshotting Problems

I love how easy this tool makes my job easier when interacting with customers or solving problems that they have! We use this primarily for our call center but you can also get more insights from your website traffic if needed as well in order to improve user experience. It's hard sometimes tracking down issues without having access to their account information when troubleshooting online so using Customer Intelligence helps us find all of the necessary details at once time which saves me tons of work. The fact there are not many options available within this software package right now would be nice to know ahead of purchasing since some features may require additional fees depending upon what needs implemented into system afterwards (such as custom fields). Right off the bat, I feel like this has helped solve alot of challenges we were facing prior by making things much quicker & efficient overall for myself personally plus other team members who interact directly w Customers via email / phone calls.

  • No need learning any new technical coding languages just click around until everything becomes clear.
Cons
  • Would benefit greatly being able do add extra items such "custom" field selections per customer record instead only
