An item is incorrect and should be returned, but I entered the wrong number in my order. But I'm dissatisfied with other things. The boxes are very bad and I regret that I ordered them. They sent 1 roll of tape and a marker for free. The marker broke and the tape is the worst tape I've ever seen. Very thin, tears easily with use and gets tangled all the time. If you're shipping such a bad product as a free add-on, I think it's better if you don't promote it as a free item. You were useless. And I don't think crates are suitable for serious household moving work. Especially when something can break. Otherwise I am satisfied with all other orders.
