The material is like that of a windbreake so it won't be good for the cold, unless worn over a sweater. Keeps our baby girl dry and covered and it's easy to put on.
- Was a bit long on my Frenchie but I can roll the end up a bit and it works.
- It’s too thick for dogs in milder temperatures
