It's been difficult to find a coat for Jupiter that fits and that he's willing to wear. This one fits and he got accustomed to wearing it fast. We have a pappilon mix dog weighing about 17 lbs. I ordered a medium and it fit perfectly. He isn't too fond about the straps going around his back legs, but he tolerates is. He has long hair, but it isn't thick, so I figured he needed something to keep him warm on our walks, and I think this works very well. I only wish the strap that goes around the middle was a little longer. It stop right on his back, and the leash keep catching it. If it went down further on his side, it wouldn't catch.

I bought 2 of these for my two dogs, both in the XL size. One of my dogs is a tall female 60 lb pointer mix and the other is a shorter male 55 lb german shepherd mix. The perfect slicker for spring and summer when you need to keep your fur baby dry. The material is like that of a windbreake so it won't be good for the cold, unless worn over a sweater. Keeps our baby girl dry and covered and it's easy to put on.

At first our dog did not like the jacket and looked sad when we put it on her but later she would run to me to put it on her. The coat may not dry quickly after getting wet.

I can't really write most of the other attributes, but weird attaches underneath is way too far back so if you have a male dog they would end up peeing all over it. I had to return it. Other than that it look like High quality.

The jacket is lightly fleece lined. The exterior is a wind & water resistant material. Has a strap that goes around the body & can be adjusted to size. The bottom has two loose elastic loops for each back leg. This keeps the length of the jacket secure on the back of the pup. This one shows my toy poodle. I bought another for my toy dachshund.

I went by the measurements but my dog is in between sizes. It’s too big on her but the way it’s made, that doesn’t matter. It keeps her dry and warm and that’s what counts. If I ordered it again tho, I’d order a size smaller.

This is the third dog jacket for my beloved dog. He didn't seem to like the first two and refused to wear either. The first one was too thin and big. The second one seemed too tight at underarms so he had difficulty walking. However, he is happy to wear this jacket.

Worked well in very rainy weather. Our dog, Maggie (mixed breed), is under 50 pounds, stands tall and long. This jacket is long enough to cover her to her tail - perfect for rainy weather.

I really liked the warmth quality of this coat, but it is too snug around the middle for my beagle. Fit perfect otherwise. The straps at the back to hold it in place around the back were a bit awkward, but there is some slippage if they aren't used. Have to return.
