I have used 5 different HTP products but keep coming back to this one. If you are a beginner, try starting with the 100mg dosage and taking it before bed to give your brain time to get used to it. If you feel anxious or depressed during the day, take another 100 mg. If you have any reaction, it will be mild indigestion. Will be gone in 30 minutes. You can take it with food to ensure your stomach can handle it. The goal is for it to build up on your system over time. I've struggled with depression for many years. I've tried different types of prescription drugs, ALL with side effects. This is the best natural product I have ever used.
