Broken and unusable
All three poles were broken. The inner ring holding the bags in place broke off when the outer ring was removed for installation. After years of using these LitterLocker refills, I thought the first refill was an isolated problem, but all three turned out to be useless. VERY DISAPPOINTED! As a pensioner on a fixed income, I had to throw away the entire order at a cost. I have a subscription and am asking if there is a 5% discount on such items as they are known to be defective.
