Turns on the computer - sends audio and USB 2.0 outputs

I don't know Chinese (?) so I can't figure out how the reset works - there is a connection but no reset button. Just press the button to turn on/off.

Pros

hard drive reset pushbutton switch with two USB ports, power button, audio connectors for the desktop computer case, which makes it much easier to turn on the computer. Put the computer on the table in a hard-to-reach place and squeeze comfortably instead of bending down to turn on the computer.
